Bhagawan Sri Ramana Maharshi Research Centre has been notified as an authorised PhD Centre by the Tumkur University

We are happy to note that in June 2012, Ramana Maharshi Centre for Learning, in collaboration with Bhagawan Sri Ramana Maharshi Research Centre has been notified as an authorised PhD Centre by the Tumkur University and given permission to accept Research Scholars in the following disciplines:

English

Kannada

Fine Arts (Music, Dance, Drama)

Philosophy

Economics

Sociology

Management

The Centre hopes to shortly add two more disciplines to its curriculum

Psychology

Environmental Science

Studies in these areas will be taken up as comparative disciplines based on the life and teachings of Sri Ramana Maharshi.

Registration and other formalities will be in accordance with the rules and regulations of Tumkur University.
